       历经漫长的圣战，时光流转到了现代。日本城户财团总裁城户光政（大杉涟 配音）精心培养着美丽的孙女沙织（佐佐木彩夏 配音）长大。从小的时候，沙织便为自身所蕴藏着的不可思议的能力所困扰，直到某天她终于意识到了自己的使命，因此她公布了其作为女神雅典娜转生的真实身份，并号召所有女神的圣斗士为了维护大地的爱与和平而奋勇战斗。然而作为圣斗士大本营存在的圣域，其实际统治者教皇指控沙织及其身边的圣斗士为叛贼，并接二连三派出圣斗士对他们进行追杀。在一次次的危难中，天马座青铜圣斗士星矢（石川界人 配音）和紫龙（赤羽根健治 配音）、冰河（小野贤章 配音）、瞬（冈本信彦 配音）、一辉（野岛健儿 配音）等兄弟们接连挫败圣域的刺客，他们保护着沙织来到圣域。勇猛的少年，即将与站在88星座顶点的黄金圣斗士进行一场又一场足以载入史册的传奇对决……
